The cottage is entered via a gravel path to the side. A small entrance porch provides space for walking boots and a coat rack.
This leads into the kitchen/diner with its attractive quarry tile floor. The kitchen was completely refurbished in 2005 and comes complete with fridge/freezer, electric fan assisted double oven, a gas hob, microwave and washing machine.
The kitchen is well stocked with every conceivable utensil to make it a real home from home. As well as the table and seating for four there is an attractive window seat where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.
There is a converted outhouse adjacent to the kitchen housing a tumble drier and providing useful storage for surfboards/wet suits.
An understairs cupboard houses an ironing board and iron together with other essentials.
