The cottage has a very cosy double aspect lounge with feature fireplace.

The dinning room with its original bakers oven fireplace keeps the old cottage feel very much alive.

The new large kitchen is well equipped with ample cupboard space and working surfaces overlooking the rear court yard.

Off the kitchen is a good size utility room housing washing machine, freezer, tumble drier, more cupboards and again plenty of work surfaces.

Back in the main entrance hall is a large walk in cloakroom and off the hallway is the wooden stair case leading to the first floor.

The main bedroom with its double aspect windows overlooks the stream and the Old Toll House.

The second bedroom again has the outlook over the stream, has two pine beds and fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom, which has a single bed, overlooks the rear courtyard and also has fitted wardrobes.

At the end of the landing you will find a large bathroom with shower cubical, bath, basin and airing cupboard.

The WC is also on the first floor.

The cottage boasts ample storage space, both inside the cottage and in the outbuildings which can be used for storage of surf boards, bikes and all types of beach equipment.

Heating is via radiators in every room and a log fire in the lounge.

There is an enclosed lawned garden for relaxing in on those long hot summer days without being overlooked.
